On Time Staffing is seeking warehouse associates for our warehouse in Fort Payne, AL!

Starting pay rate: $16 per hour 

Shifts Available:

• Second Shift 5:30pm-4am

Job Description:

• Follow TCP standards for processing shipments.
• Inspect packages for correct labeling and packaging.
• Report and help resolve shipping discrepancies.
• Use conveyor systems and radio frequency scanners to receive cases.
• Verify shipment details against records.
• Palletize cases and input data with RF scanners.
• Route items to appropriate departments.
• Distribute merchandise to stores using pick lights.
• Perform SKU quantity audits.
• Complete cartons for stores with RF technology.
• Place empty totes on the take-away line.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Provide excellent customer service to delivery drivers and internal departments.

Job Requirements:

• Basic High School Degree or GED
• Must be able to regularly move/lift up to 25 lbs, and occasionally move/lift up to 50 lbs
• May be required to stand for extended periods of time
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work mandatory over time as needed
• Must have basic math skills
