Job Description:
The Distribution Customer Service Representative supports all customer service activities, including processing orders, handling inquiries and complaints, and maintaining smooth communication with clients and internal teams. This role is essential for ensuring a positive customer experience and operational efficiency.

Pay Range: $24.50 – $27.00 per hour

Shift: 
First Shift: Monday to Friday, 6am-2:30pm
Second Shift: Monday to Friday, 2pm-10:20pm
Third Shift: Monday to Friday, 10pm-6:30am

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Customer Service & Communication
-Order & Inventory Processing

Job Requirements:
-Minimum 6+ months of customer service experience
-Data entry and general warehouse experience required
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office
-RF scanner experience
-Must provide a resume
-Must pass computer and math assessment test
-Strong communication and multitasking skills
