Now Hiring: Production Group Leader
The Production Group Leader is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring safety compliance, quality standards, and meeting production targets. They lead and train operators, manage schedules, conduct meetings, and enforce company policies to drive productivity and continuous improvement. Additionally, they coordinate communication between supervisors, managers, and staff to maintain an efficient and safe work environment.

Pay Range: $18.00 - $18.00 per hour

Shift:
First Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, overtime when needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Ensure all employees wear required safety equipment and maintain the 4S condition of the assigned area.
-Train and ensure employees follow all quality procedures and ART-4S guidelines.
-Oversee the production schedule, monitor output hourly, and take corrective actions for any delays.
-Promote and maintain the Usui Production System and ART-4S among operators.
-Supervise Production Controllers and Operators, enforcing management rules and policies.
-Conduct daily pre-shift meetings to communicate important information to production operators.
-Track attendance, assess operator skills, and adjust placements to meet daily production goals.
-Provide clear instructions to Production Controllers to improve productivity and reduce defects.

Job Requirements:
-Must have basic computer skills.
-Must read, write, and speak English.
-Strong knowledge of safety procedures and 4S principles.
-Ability to train and manage production teams effectively.
-Experience with quality control and ART-4S systems.
-Strong organizational and leadership skills.
-Ability to monitor production schedules and make adjustments as needed.
-Excellent communication skills for conducting meetings and reporting.

Bonus Eligibility:
