Plan orders for routing, following customer compliance routing for collect shipments found in customer routing guides or order specifics, following Millville shipping policy for Prepaid
Notify customer traffic department of pending shipment
Ensure through customer service that customer fill rates are maximized
Communicate stock issues to customer service and department manager
Review and advise on status of orders from 72 hour report
Communicate to all brands Sales/Shipping administration department any deviations from transportation schedule
Communicate with Sales administration and department manager regarding customer fill rate/allocation issues.
Communicate with District Center Managers/Supervisors for correct timely scheduling of customer orders.
Supporting the performance of the OSHA 18001 Safety System & ISO 14001 Environmental System
Job Requirements:
Prior clerical experience in distribution or transportation
Prior planning experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Associate degree in Business Administration or several years of administrative experience

Ensure proper labeling of finished items and ensure that they are packaged properly
Advocate safety practices to the rest of the production staff
Required skills, experience, education:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment.
Physical activities may occasionally include:
Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles, and the like; moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments
Communicating with others to exchange information
Physical activities may constantly include:
Remaining in a stationary position, often standing for prolonged periods

Job Description: Line Leads will be working out on the production area and will be in charge of all the production paperwork for the 2 lines they are assigned to during their shift.
Standing on production line assembling products for distribution
Ensures all supplies and material are available for packing and shipping
Manage, train, and mentor team to ensure efficient quality output
Moving and preparing large quantities of product for production and/or shipment
Inspect all product for defects prior to shipping
Ensure all safety and sanitation standards are met
Follow all GMP’s with regards to handling the product and rework
Job Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of recent line lead experience and provide resume. Prefer some warehouse, restaurant, sanitation experience especially in Quality Assurance, but this is not a requirement and we will accept equivalent job experience.
Prefer someone that likes to work in a fast-paced, cold environment
Must have Supervisory experience
Must have computer skills and experience
Should be able to stand, bend, twist, for long periods of time
Should be detailed oriented and observant
Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
Produce Repack Clerk preferred but not required
