Job Description:
The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating forklifts and related equipment to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise in a warehouse environment. This position plays a critical role in shipping, receiving, and inventory activities, helping maintain smooth warehouse operations.

Pay Range: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Shift: First Shift – Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM – 12:30 PM + OT

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Operate sit-down and clamp forklifts to move and organize products
-Unload inbound shipments and relocate to storage areas
-Stack and store products using powered industrial equipment
-Pull and prepare orders for shipment
-Ensure accuracy in product count and shipment labeling
-Assist in order checking and material handling as needed
-Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Job Requirements:
-Recent sit-down forklift and clamp experience (within the last 6 months)
-Able to lift/pull up to 75 lbs. without restriction
-Basic inventory and counting skills
-Must be available for overtime and non-scheduled workdays
-Capable of off-loading trailers safely without product damage

Bonus Eligibility:
