On Time Staffing is seeking inventory control clerks for our client in Lincoln, AL! Hiring immediately!

Pay Rate: $17

Refer a friend or family member to work & receive $50 after 80 hours worked!

Available Shifts:

  • First shift 6am-2:30pm M-F, some Saturdays

Job Description/ Requirements: Responsible for the documentation and control of material accuracy 

  • Daily cycle counts
    • Collecting data on material
    • Collecting documentation that pertains to material in use.
    • Compiling and analyzing data on material
    • Documenting and reporting results of collected data.
  • Direct communication
    • Attend meetings and small groups to discuss:
    • Material accuracy
    • Needed adjustments to inventory.
    • Material movement
    • Issues within the material flow
    • All other material issues such as flaws, usage, availability, etc.
  • Computer work
    • Email and/ or direct messaging of results of cycle counts
    • Entering in adjustments as needed
    • Emailing adjustment approval requests as needed
    • Emailing material requests to purchasing.
  • Troubleshooting
    • Basic printer diagnostics
    • Basic computer diagnostics
  • Work with management to mitigate excessive material and/or time loss.
  • Management of materials within 5S standards

Qualifications:

  • Computer skills including:
    • Office
    • Email, skype, various messaging programs.
    • Program interfacing
    • Seradex
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong documentation abilities

Required Education:

  • Basic High School Degree or GED
