On Time Staffing is seeking a warehouse lead for our warehouse in Waddell, AZ!

Starting pay rate: $20-$20.50

Shift:

  • First shift 6am-2:30pm
  • Mid shift 10am-6:30pm

Job Description: The Operations Lead has general responsibility to participate in coordinating and supervising all warehouse activities on a daily basis. Under the direction of the Operations Supervisor, this position is responsible for supervising the receiving, warehousing and shipping of product in a manner consistent with company service and cost objectives.

  • Ensures efficient and safe operation of all material handling equipment
  • Participates in establishing work schedules ensuring correct implementation
  • Oversees the proper completion of jobs
  • Maintains product located system and ensure the optimal utilization of space
  • Maintains a clean, neat and orderly work area
  • Assists in maintaining the security of the warehouse
  • Conducts operations in a manner which promotes safety

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of warehouse lead experience
  • Must be very flexible with working long hours and overtime
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Must have attention to detail
  • Must have excellent analytical and mathematical skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to work long hours
  • Should have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds in certain areas
