Job Description:
The Cycle Counter position is responsible for continuous cycle counts of inventory in a timely manner while on feet. The Cycle Counter researches all data available to resolve discrepancies and adheres to proper inventory control and procedures.

Pay Range: $19.00 – $19.50 per hour

Shift: 
First Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Second Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Perform regular physical inventory cycle counts and compare results with system data.
-Research and resolve inventory discrepancies through data analysis and investigation.
-Communicate cycle count results and findings to inventory control and warehouse staff.
-Adhere strictly to established cycle counting procedures and inventory control guidelines.
-Maintain accurate inventory records and data files for audit and reporting purposes.
-Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (order picker, scissor lift) safely and efficiently.
-Use RF scanners to scan, track, and verify inventory during cycle counts.
-Perform other inventory-related duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Job Requirements:
-Experience operating Powered Industrial Trucks, including order pickers and scissor lifts.
-Proficient in using RF scanners for inventory tracking and verification.
-Ability to perform accurate physical inventory counts and reconcile with system data.
-Strong problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
-Knowledge of inventory control procedures and adherence to cycle counting guidelines.
-Effective communication skills to report findings and collaborate with relevant teams.
-Capable of working on feet for extended periods in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
