Job Description:
The Forklift Operator is responsible for operating sit- down reach, and EPJ forklifts to safely load, unload, and move materials. This role supports warehouse productivity while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.
-Must have experience operating sit-down and reach forklifts
-No gap in forklift operation experience in the last 6 months

Pay Range: $18.00 - $19.25 per hour

Shift: 
First Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM 
Second Shift: Monday to Friday 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Operate sit-down, and EPJ  forklifts safely and accurately
-Load and unload trucks with product and materials
-Move product throughout the facility as needed
-Perform basic material handling (labeling, shrink wrap, banding)
-Maintain a clean and safe work environment
-Adhere to PPE and safety protocols
-Work in varying environmental conditions (noise, temperature, lighting)

Job Requirements:
-Minimum 1 year of sit-down and EPJ  forklift experience
-No recent gap in forklift operation within the last 6 months
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
-Physically capable of frequent reaching, pushing, pulling, bending, walking, and standing
-Must be comfortable working in changing warehouse conditions
-Reliable transportation
-May require PPE usage

Bonus Eligibility: 
Referral Bonus: Earn $100 for every successful forklift referral after they complete 80 hours of work.
-No limit on the number of referrals. 
-Managers confirm referrals during interviews to ensure bonus eligibility.
