Job Description:
The Food Quality Control responsibilities include performing product testing such as temperature and random quality checks to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of work experience, with QA experience preferred especially in the food industry. Candidates must be available to work one weekend day. Training will be provided to support success in the role.

Pay Range: $17.68 – $17.68 per hour

Shift: 
First Shift: 4:00 AM - start varies, days vary
Second Shift: 2:00 PM - start varies, days vary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Responsible for tallying daily production levels
-Check temperatures and food quality
-Ensure labels are dated correctly
-Track all inventory levels and/or supplies

Job Requirements:
-Two years of QA experience required
-Food industry experience required
-Ability to work in a cold environment 
-Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
-Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
-May be required to stand for extended periods of time
-Ability to operate one or all the following tools: Hand Truck, Pallet Jack, T Bar, RF Scanner
-Should be able to work in environments with variable noise levels, lighting conditions and temperature variation, and weather conditions
-May be required to lift up to 50 pounds
-Required to work a varying flexible schedule
-Ability to work in a fast paced ever changing environment
-Must have reliable transportation
