Job Description:
The Custodian is responsible for maintaining sanitation levels in and around company facilities as set forth by company standards.

Pay Range: $16.50 - $16.50 per hour

Shift:
First Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 12:30 PM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Clean terminal using hand brooms, power scrubbers, sweepers, and vacuum cleaners to meet company standards
-Remove refuse daily from offices, restrooms, break rooms, and buildings ensuring trash cans are empty and clean
-Stock restrooms with necessary supplies
-Relocate, move, and adjust office furniture as needed
-Ensure pest control systems operate efficiently and maintain high sanitation standards
-Remove ice and snow from pedestrian walkways and parking lots
-Maintain company grounds free of litter and debris
-Prepare required reports on labor and equipment usage
-Maintain equipment repair logs
-Prepare complete and accurate records and reports as required
-Report safety problems to shift supervisor
-Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards
-Perform other duties as instructed by the Operations Manage

Job Requirements:
-Must have reliable transportation
-Ability and availability to work irregular and extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed by customer
-Warehouse conditions may vary from building to building
