Job Description:
The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for ensuring efficient operations and providing exceptional customer service. This role facilitates communication with customers by responding to inquiries, processing orders, and managing shipping/receiving tasks.

Pay Range: $17.50 - $17.50 per hour

Shift:
Third Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Respond to customer inquiries regarding work orders, invoices, shipments, and inventory availability in a timely and professional manner
-Assist in the preparation and processing of incoming and outgoing shipments
-Monitor inventory levels and generate stock reports to verify product availability
-Assist with scheduling and other administrative duties as assigned by the Customer Service Supervisor or Office Manager

Job Requirements:
-Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and warehouse operations
-Experience with shipping and receiving tasks
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Experience with RF scanners
-Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
-Ability to pass a computer and math assessment test
-Must submit a current resume

Bonus Eligibility:
