Job Description:
The Custodian responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness in lunchrooms, restrooms, offices, conference rooms, and warehouse areas throughout the day. Duties include cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, mopping and vacuuming floors, emptying trash, restocking restroom supplies, sweeping warehouse areas, and addressing spills or additional cleaning needs to ensure a safe and orderly environment.

Pay Range: $18.00 – $18.00 per hour
Shift:
Monday- Wednesday Day: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Maintain cleanliness of lunchrooms, restrooms, offices, conference rooms, and warehouse areas throughout the day.
-Clean and sanitize tables, counters, sinks, appliances, toilets, and other high-touch surfaces.
-Mop, sweep, and vacuum floors according to schedule or as needed.
-Empty trash receptacles in all areas, including warehouse spaces, at the start of shift and throughout the day.
-Restock restroom supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.
-Clean windows, blinds, walls, and other surfaces on a scheduled or as-needed basis.
-Sweep warehouse areas and manually remove debris in hard-to-reach spaces.
-Promptly clean up spills and address additional cleaning tasks as required to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
Job Requirements:
-2 years of experience required
-Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
-Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and mopping for extended periods.
-Ability to lift and carry up to 25–50 pounds as needed.
-Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
-Reliable attendance and punctuality.
-Ability to follow safety guidelines and company policies.
