Job Description:
The Warehouse Operations Lead has general responsibility to assist in coordinating and supervising all warehouse activities on a daily basis. Under the direction of the Operations Supervisor, this position is responsible for directing work assignments in a manner consistent with company service and cost objectives.

Pay Range: $26.00 - $26.00 per hour
Shift:
Second Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Work closely with shift leadership to accomplish shift goals
-Oversees and coordinates warehouse processes such as receiving, put away, picking, and loading of products.
-Directs work assignments to employees
-Provide daily hands-on support in Material Handling and Forklift responsibilities
-Drives compliance with safety, quality, and productivity goals in support of warehouse leadership team objectives
-Brainstorms and suggests new ideas on how to improve processes to supervisor
-Communicates professionally, both orally and written, to internal and external partners
-Communicate problems, concerns, and ideas to management; assists in finding solutions to problem areas.
-Ensures efficient and safe operation of all material handling equipment
-Trains new and current employees on operational SOPs and WIs
-Ensures the warehouse is clean and orderly; including but not limited to organizing and rotating inventory, maintaining product labels, sweeping warehouse, and assist in staging orders for delivery
-Ensure product is stored safely and in the proper place.
-Assists in maintaining the security of the warehouse
-Additional duties as assigned by the warehouse supervisor or manager.
Job Requirements:
-Support shift leadership in achieving daily goals
-Oversee warehouse operations (receiving, stocking, picking, loading)
-Assign tasks and support employees, including forklift/material handling
-Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
-Communicate effectively and resolve operational issues
-Train employees on procedures and best practices
-Keep warehouse clean, organized, and secure
-Ensure proper product storage and equipment use
-Perform additional duties as assigned
