Pay Range: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
Shift:
First Shift: 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM, overtime when needed
First Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, overtime when needed
Second Shift: 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM, overtime when needed
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Assemble and prepare automotive parts for shipment according to production specifications and quality standards.
-Produce and modify metal tubing used in vehicle engines for major automotive brands, including Honda, Ford, GM, Chrysler, Hyundai, and Nissan.
-Operate small machinery and hand tools to securely attach components such as screws, bolts, and lips to metal tubing.
-Ensure all parts meet quality and safety standards through careful inspection and attention to detail.
-Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
-Work efficiently while standing for extended periods in a fast-paced production environment.
-Follow written and verbal instructions for daily production tasks and assembly procedures.
-Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
-Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel promptly.
-Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Job Requirements:
-Must be able to speak English, Spanish, Nepali, or French
-No previous warehouse experience required
-Will become permanent after 6 months with raise and excellent benefits
-Drug screen and background required
-Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
-Must be able to work overtime when needed
-Must be able to stand for long periods of time
-Must have good attendance

-Perform basic material handling (labeling, shrink wrap, banding)

-Adhere to PPE and safety protocols
-Work in varying environmental conditions (noise, temperature, lighting)
Job Requirements:
-Minimum 1 year of crown reach forklift experience
-No recent gap in forklift operation within the last 6 months
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
-Physically capable of frequent reaching, pushing, pulling, bending, walking, and standing
-Must be comfortable working in changing warehouse conditions
-Reliable transportation
-May require PPE usage
