Available Shifts:
Second shift Monday-Friday 4pm-12:30am
Job Description- Responsible for ensuring that all shipping related documents are completed accurately and in a timely fashion. This position reports to the Operations Supervisor or Manager.
Communicates via email with outbound carriers daily, providing schedules for outbound shipments and equipment needs.
Communicates through various media with site personnel, essential information to ensure operations are meeting requirements
Receive all drivers and provide directions for outbound shipments.
Using a warehouse management system, systemically open/close shipments and prepare accurate bills of landing for outbound freight.
Ensure that drivers depart with appropriate paperwork.
Ensure the accuracy of all shipping documents by strict adherence to standard operating procedures.
Gather, enter the warehouse management system, and maintain all data and records relative to shipping activities.
Assist in resolving any discrepancies.
Assists in Material Handling duties such as receiving, put-away, picking, packing, or loading.
Actively monitors trailer capacity and proactively works with spotters on trailer moves.
Assists with other administrative duties as needed by the leadership team.
Files all outbound paperwork so that it is easily accessible when needed.
Maintains seal log accurately with necessary information.
Maintains the load board with accurate information.
May require they communicate work assignments such as appointments to receive, doors to load, items to pick, etc.
Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
Must have 1 year experience Customer Service experience
Must have 1 year of warehouse experience
Must have no recent gap in relevant experience for at least 2 years
Must have shipping and receiving experience
Must provide resume
Must be skilled in Microsoft Office
Must have RF Scanner experience
Must have other basic computer skills
Must pass computer and math assessment tests

Job Descriptions: The Warehouse Frontline Trainer is a key position within our manufacturing plants and supports our production team leads as they drive production to the highest safety, quality and efficiency standards. The Associate in this role will help drive efficiencies and associate retention by developing, training and coaching associates on the line on standard operating procedures. Position is responsible for training and integration of new associates into the bistro environment. This position is exposed to multiple refrigerated areas within production.
Conducts an on boarding session using a PowerPoint presentation on their 1st day including GMPs, Safety, and the environment.
Ensures all associates receive the necessary on-boarding and refresher training, in cooperation with department supervisors (QA & Bistro).
Trains assigned associates while utilizing effective training techniques, such as new associates' orientation, on-the-job training, health and safety practices, etc.
Follows & maintains HACCP & Sanitation guidelines & processes.
Performs/assists with annual training needs, making recommendations based on opportunities.
Ensures that adequate lesson plans/materials are available.
Maintains records (training sign in sheets and development status of trainees).
Understands yield standards.
Works safely around moving equipment & conveyors in wet environment.
Performs appropriate instructional procedures or methods.
Ensures new, transferred/returning associates receive appropriate department- or equipment-specific training.
Understands how to maintain a safe work environment.
Comply with SQF Regulatory Programs.
Job requirements:
Must have previous HR and team lead experience.
