Pay Range: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour Shift:  First Shift: Monday to Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM Second Shift: Monday to Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM Weekend Shift: Friday to Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM Essential Duties and Responsibilities: -Pick and pack customer orders accurately for shipment -Measure, weigh, and count products and materials -Print and apply shipping and tracking labels to boxes and pallets -Prepare shipments for parcel, LTL, and TL carriers -Inspect products and packaging to ensure quality standards are met -Report missing items, damages, or quality issues to supervisors -Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or order pickers as needed -Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts -Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready work area -Follow all safety procedures, SOPs, and regulatory requirements -Perform general housekeeping and other duties as assigned Job Requirements: -High school diploma or equivalent preferred -Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred -Basic computer skills -Strong attention to detail and accuracy -Ability to pass a background check and drug screen -Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds repetitively during shifts -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Benefits: -Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance: Comprehensive coverage for employees and their families -Retirement Plans: A 401k with employer matching -Voluntary benefits: Life, accident, and disability products available for employee and dependents Bonus Eligibility: Referral Bonus: Earn $50 for every successful referral after they complete 80 hours of work. -No limit on the number of referrals. -Managers confirm referrals during interviews to ensure bonus eligibility.
